Structural characteristics
1. BTL fully welded ball valve body is forged with high quality material, ball side-mounted, flange and neck are fully welded, and there are few leakage points in fully welded structure.
2. Seat piston effect. The ball valves produced by BTL can provide three combinations of piston effect: 1. Single piston effect seats are used upstream and downstream, that is, DBB function; 2. Both upstream and downstream are double piston effect seats, that is, DIB-1 function; upstream is single piston effect seat; downstream is double piston effect seat, that is, DIB-2 function;
3. There are two kinds of sealing structures between the valve seat and the sphere: one is the traditional soft sealing structure, the other is the BTL combined sealing structure which has obtained the national patent technology.
4. The valve stem is designed for blowout prevention, which can prevent the stem from ejecting from the valve body due to improper operation.
5. All BTL welded ball valves have fire-proof and anti-static devices.
6. Emergency grease injection port is designed at seat seal and stem seal. Normal sealing does not depend on sealing grease. When leakage occurs due to damage to sealing surface, sealing grease can be injected for emergency repair. A grease injection valve and an embedded one-way valve are installed at each grease injection orifice.
7. Sewerage outlet and vent. A drain valve is installed at the lowest position of the valve body to empty and drain the valve chamber, and an empty valve is installed at the upper part of the valve body to empty and clean the valve chamber online. Discharge valve and vent valve can be isolation valve or special discharge joint to ensure safety, reliability and convenient use.
8. Connecting discs that can be matched with various driving devices. The driving device includes a handle, a worm wheel, an electric, a pneumatic, a pneumatic-hydraulic and an electro-hydraulic linkage.
9. Easy adjustment of position. When the actuator is replaced or installed online, the position of the ball hole can not be seen clearly. BTL ball valve provides a special "positioning groove", which can find the position of the ball valve fully open and closed very easily and accurately. It is convenient to adjust the limit device of the actuator.
10. For valves with welded ends, the end material (transition section) of the valves can be adjusted according to the material grade response of the user pipeline to ensure the adaptability and weldability of the material strength. Valves with sleeves at both ends and the length of sleeves can ensure that on-site welding operation has no effect on sealing materials.
11. Buried design. The valve stem of buried installation is lengthened according to the needs of the project so as to be operated on the ground, and the corresponding grease injection, sewage discharge and emptying devices are extended from the pipe to the ground.
